Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and r baze ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the r baze website located at r-baze.net, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and support channels.

By accessing the r baze website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the r baze platform.

r baze reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

r baze specifically prohibits the use of the platform by individuals who are registered as self-excluded on any responsible gambling programme. If you are currently self-excluded from gambling services, you must not attempt to open or access an r baze account. If you become aware that you have registered an account in violation of an active self-exclusion arrangement, you must contact r baze support immediately via 24/7 live chat to have your account closed.

Account Registration and Security

One Account Per Player

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by r baze are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Game Rules and Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

By using r baze, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point is strictly prohibited. This includes impersonating another person or using another person's identity or payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the r baze platform to launder money, process illegal funds, or engage in any transaction that constitutes or facilitates a financial crime is strictly prohibited. r baze cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations relating to suspected money laundering activity.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, or placing bets with advance knowledge of manipulated sporting outcomes, is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the r baze platform in a manner not sanctioned by r baze is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider after deposits have been used for gaming activity is considered fraudulent. r baze reserves the right to recover chargeback amounts from any remaining account balance and to pursue recovery through all available legal channels.
• Abuse of Promotions: Exploiting bonus offers, promotional credits, or referral programmes through systematic strategies designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage") is prohibited.

Account Suspension and Closure

r baze reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal behaviour.
• Violation of the one-account-per-player rule.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes without evidence of wrongdoing, the full account balance will be reinstated and the account restored. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, r baze reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the account balance in proportion to the nature of the breach.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your r baze account voluntarily for any reason, you may do so by contacting the r baze support team via 24/7 live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to any applicable wagering requirements. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of submission. Players who close their accounts for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of up to 5 years, during which any attempt to reopen the account will be declined.
